A new headquarters for Lloyd's of London has been completed in the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) by ISG.

The project included a 1,750 metre squared fit out of two floors, including the construction of an internal stairwell, raised access floor, glazed and solid partitioning, moveable partitions, floor wall and ceiling finishes, fixed furniture and equipment, and all associated mechanical, electrical and plumbing works.

The reception area consists of two shared meeting rooms and a café, which can be opened up for the use of functions and events by using foldable partition walls.

The designers on the project were Artillery Architects, alongside Turner & Townsend.
