Galliford Try has renamed its Building East Midlands business to Galliford Try Building East Midlands and Anglia, aligning the title with the unit's core and expanding footprint across the East of England.
The move recognises increasing workload and organic growth in the eastern part of its operating area, with particular momentum in the defence and custodial sectors.
Current projects in East Anglia include HMP Norwich, HMP Wayland, RAF Wyton and RAF Lakenheath. The refreshed identity maintains the unit’s connection to its East Midlands origins while positioning the business to capitalise on future opportunities across the region.
Jon Marston, Managing Director for Galliford Try Building East Midlands and Anglia, commented: "We have been deliberating over a potential name change for some time and I am pleased we have taken this step forward. The new name better reflects the extent of our geography, grown from our historic base in the East Midlands, and signals to the market that we are well placed to take advantage of opportunities across all of the East of England."
