Elite Systems has been appointed to the YPO 1230 Modular Buildings and Modern Methods of Construction (MMC) Framework. This selection marks a major development for the company as it expands its footprint within the UK public sector, providing a compliant procurement route for organisations in education, healthcare, housing, and justice.
The YPO framework is designed to address the growing demand for sustainable and rapid construction solutions. By utilising MMC, public sector clients can benefit from reduced project timelines, lower environmental impact, and adaptable building designs. As an approved supplier, Elite Systems will provide tailored modular solutions to help these organisations meet evolving estate requirements through a streamlined and efficient process.
This new appointment complements Elite Systems’ existing presence on other major procurement routes. The company is already a supplier on the Crown Commercial Service (CCS) Framework—the central procurement arm of the UK government—and the NHS Shared Business Services (NHS SBS) Framework, which specifically supports clinical and operational needs within healthcare and community settings.
The inclusion on the YPO framework is expected to accelerate the delivery of high-quality infrastructure across the UK while minimising onsite disruption. It provides a platform for Elite Systems to collaborate on public sector projects that prioritise innovation and long-term value.
Marcus Sutcliffe, Managing Director at Elite Systems, said: "We are delighted to have been appointed to the YPO Modular Buildings and Modern Methods of Construction Framework. This is a significant achievement for Elite Systems and a testament to the strength of our offering and the expertise of our team.
"This appointment builds on our presence across other key frameworks, including CCS and NHS SBS, allowing us to offer clients multiple compliant routes to access our modular solutions. We look forward to continuing to support public sector organisations with high-quality, flexible and sustainable buildings that make a real difference to the communities they serve."
