Chase New Homes Launches New Rental Property Firm

Housebuilder Chase New Homes has launched a new rental property company, Chase Living, which will provide a portfolio of professionally managed new properties in response to the growing demand for high-quality, premium rental homes.

Chase New Homes' landmark development One One Six Cockfosters will be the first exciting development to offer a stylish collection of one and two bedroom apartments available under the Chase Living brand.

Gary Barton, Managing Director of Chase New Homes commented: "There is a significant shortage of high-quality rental accommodation throughout the South East. We are very proud to be delivering a premium rental service which will create outstanding new homes within well maintained and managed developments. Our first rental development, One One Six, will offer an attractive opportunity for renters looking for an exceptional place to live, that also encourages a cohesive community environment by providing renters with co-working spaces and exquisite communal areas to enjoy. Chase Living is passionate about creating high-quality bespoke rental developments that will stand the test of time, and our focus is to ensure our homes showcase intelligent designs, contemporary interior finishes, and ample opportunity for residents to come together. We also understand how important green space provision is, especially in London, so where possible, this will be prioritised in our rental developments, as well as concierge services who will assist with the day to day and future needs of our residents."
