Real estate developer TT Group has received planning approval from Stoke-on-Trent City Council to convert the former Telecom House office building in Hanley into 99 residential units.

The seven-storey, 103,000 sq ft property on Trinity Street was previously occupied by BT and has remained vacant. The approved redevelopment will transform the disused office block into a mix of 24 studios, 61 one-bedroom apartments, and 14 two-bedroom apartments.

Centrally located, the scheme will be delivered as a car-free development, featuring 110 secure bicycle storage spaces and offering easy access to the city’s bus network—promoting sustainable transport options for future residents.
