Crest Nicholson Appoints New Regional Director To Its East Anglia Division

Housebuilder Crest Nicholson has appointed Asa Chittock as Regional Director to its new East Anglia division.

Asa will lead the company's expansion into East Anglia, which alongside the recently launched Yorkshire division, forms part of the company's growth strategy.

With over 16 years of experience working in property, Asa has a track record of running successful immediate land, strategic land and planning functions for large regional divisions of Barratt and David Wilson Homes. He will spearhead Crest Nicholson’s operations in the new region, establishing its presence in the area, expanding the land portfolio and driving business growth. Asa and his team will be based at a new divisional office in Bury St Edmunds.

Geographically, the new Crest Nicholson East Anglia division will cover the areas of Norfolk, Suffolk and Cambridgeshire. Crest Nicholson's new house type range will be incorporated, providing a mix of homes suiting a range of customers, from first time buyers to growing and established households.
