Fusion21 has selected suppliers for its national Material Supply & Associated Services Framework, worth up to £500 Million over a four-year period.
A total of 22 highly skilled firms have secured a place on the service and cost driven multi lot framework, designed to meet the needs of all public sector members in the housing, education, health, blue light, local authority and central government sectors.
Split into nine Lots, the framework supports general building and electrical materials, plumbing and heating (including gas spares), managed services, roofing materials, kitchens, windows and doors, aids and adaptions and bathrooms.
The Lot structure is designed to meet the changing requirements of members and is closely aligned to their core programme of R&M or planned works and directly supports public organisations in delivering operational efficiencies and value for money.
The fit for purpose, adaptable and flexible, full-service offering is OJEU compliant and enables effective cost management of product lists as well as ongoing performance management through KPI and SLA reporting.
Peter Francis, Director of Operations at Fusion21 said: "Developed with the engagement and involvement of members and suppliers to ensure we designed genuinely required solution structures, this multifunctional framework includes innovative Lots which can offer a 'one stop shop' solution through a highly qualified and competent supply base.
"Ease of further competition and direct award can offer members a quick and efficient process.
"Other member benefits include flexible call-off processes, greater efficiencies, support from technical procurement specialists and social value delivery aligned to organisational priorities."
