A2Dominion has awarded a £2 million contract for the repair and maintenance of kitchens and bathrooms in its homes.
MPS landed the contract, adding to the relationship with A2Dominion and Breyer as a joint venture. The three companies form Pyramid Plus, an asset management company that provides a range of property services to the private, public and not-for-profit sectors across London and the South East.
Together their core services include general maintenance, responsive repairs, voids management, facilities management and a 24-hour customer service centre.
Alan Perret, Head of Business at PPS said: "We are really proud to have secured this work and are equally proud of the works we have, and are currently delivering to A2dominion. This award is a great sign of the strength of the joint venture, both commercially and operationally. The fact that we are also integrating Community Investment within the offering has also allowed us to reach out and support the communities we are actually working in, this is really what it's all about."
Vicky Fordham Lewis, Managing Director of MPS commented: "These works have been procured through a framework which sits alongside our core contract. At the commencement of this framework there were multiple other contractors who were taking works however PPS have demonstrated since taking the contract on in 2013 an excellent and assured service and our team is now the primary kitchen and bathroom delivery team for the areas we currently work within.
"I think this goes to show that time and again quality and a strong track record are key to building long-lasting relationships and this is more important than ever with the current slowdown in growth for the sector."
