Kier has secured a spot on the £125 million Norfolk County Council Major Construction Work Framework.
This sees the contractor reappointed to the framework following its success on previous iteration, which saw it recently deliver White House Farm Primary School, a two-storey, 2,500m2 school with 14 classrooms and a number of facilities including a main hall, kitchen and ancillary accommodation.
On the new version, Kier is placed on Lot 2 for projects valued above £3.5m.
The four-year framework will be open to public sector bodies across Norfolk. It will oversee the procurement of a range of new build and refurbishment schemes across education, waste, corporate property, adult social care and children's services.
The framework will support the delivery of Norfolk County Council's strategy 'Norfolk Futures' and its vision for public sector provision across the county.

Mark Dady, managing director at Kier Regional Building Eastern, said: "We're very pleased to have been reappointed to the Norfolk County Council Major Construction Work Framework. It builds on our expertise in delivering public sector work across the region and we look forward to working closely with the public sector bodies to deliver vital projects procured through the framework."
