Property management company Howard Group has hosted an exclusive site tour of a new business space in Cambridge.

The Works, located at the heart of Unity Campus Cambridge, will provide up to 63,000 sq ft of flexible modern business space with suites available from 7,500 sq ft.

Local councillors from Sawston and Pampisford, as well as representatives from construction team Morgan Sindall toured the site, finding out more details on the masterplan for the works and seeing the progress first hand.


William Jewson, Howard Group's Development Director, commented: "It was fantastic to be able to welcome so many interested and engaged visitors to the Unity Campus site and bring them along on this exciting journey with us. Our ultimate goal is to create a business park which meets the needs of a new generation of employers and employees and provides striking architecture, grade A infrastructure, a pedestrian and cycle friendly circulation space and excellent amenities both internally and externally, in close proximity to Sawston village.
