The specialist contractor has built 46 new independent living apartments spread over three buildings at Charters Village in East Grinstead.

The project, which includes cottages spread around a village green, was handed over in October 2016.

Other communal facilities include a lounge, bar, restaurant/bistro, shop, library, conservatory and meeting rooms in the clubhouse in Charters Towers.
