BLISS Books, the business book specialist has won a major contract with Network Rail, having been named as its sole supplier for construction contracts and technical titles.

BLISS Books beat off competition from its rivals to win the contract, and has provided Network Rail with a construction contracts catalogue for its intranet. This enables staff to know which contracts are current and facilitate the ordering process.


"We are also providing a range of advisory services, and have set up a special hotline number for queries from Network Rail staff about what forms of contract there are. We can often help even when the contracts they need are the older versions for reference," said Ann Glacki, one of the Directors of the company. "We are obviously pleased that Network Rail have selected us on the basis of our special customer services."
