A Scottish firm are to head a £750million theme park development in New York.
Dundee building firm Baldragon will lead the consortium building on a 755-acre site Long Island Site.
The theme park will include water sports, horse-riding and year-round snow sports, hotels, timeshare lodgings, shops and nightclubs.
The chairman John Niven said: "We're the lead firm in a group of international concerns that are all massively bigger than us.
"Hopefully, our success in co-operating in such a huge project will earn us great prestige and a lot of money."
Baldragon won the role through American construction industry contacts John made during business ventures with US company Bay rock Group who are based in Trump Tower in Manhattan.
Riverhead Resorts is to be completed by 2013.
