GTAccess Training, a long-standing CITB-approved training organisation, is pleased to announce a significant funding opportunity for CITB-registered employers.
As part of the CITB's Employer Network initiative, GTAccess Training can now offer 70% funding across its entire course portfolio, effective immediately.
This enhanced support replaces the outgoing CITB Short Courses Grant scheme, which is set to expire in September 2025. Unlike the previous grant model, the new funding system under the Employer Network introduces two major improvements:
1. Uniform 70% funding across all courses: Rather than offering set amounts for specific courses, every course in GTAccess's extensive catalogue now qualifies for a consistent 70% funding contribution.
2. Upfront payment model: Employers no longer need to claim back funding after training. Instead, CITB pays the 70% contribution directly to GTAccess Training as the approved provider. This means customers only pay the remaining 30% of the course cost upfront.
GTAccess Training has been a part of the Employer Network since its inception and remains committed to supporting the development of a skilled and safe workforce across the construction industry. The newly enhanced funding model makes it easier and more cost-effective than ever for CITB-approved businesses to invest in essential training, from working at height to plant operation and site safety.
