Construction and engineering firm GRAHAM has announced that team members Lucy Fearon and George Harris have officially achieved professional recognition through the Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE).

Both engineers have become Chartered Civil Engineers (CEng MICE), marking a significant milestone that reflects their technical competence, dedication, and expertise within the industry. They are now entitled to use the professional post-nominals.

Lucy Fearon CEng MICE, who works as a Design Coordinator on the Larne Point of Entry project, said: "Passing my ICE Chartered Professional Review has been a real highlight of my career so far. I have had the opportunity to work with some great people on a wide range of projects, both on site and as a Design Coordinator. The support from the colleagues and the GRAHAM Academy Professional Development Programme has been outstanding throughout the process. It was a lot of hard work, especially with a young family at home, but achieving chartership has made it all worthwhile."

George Harris CEng MICE, currently serving as Senior Engineer on the Didcot to Culham River Crossing project, stated: "I am proud to have achieved Chartered Engineer status, marking a significant milestone in my career. I would like to extend a special thank you to Ronan McBride for his support, guidance, and encouragement over the past few years. I look forward to continuing to contribute to the industry and supporting the development of future engineers."
