Bouygues UK Submits Plans For Riverside Approach Regeneration In Barnet

Bouygues UK's development arm, in collaboration with DLA Architecture, has officially submitted plans for the highly anticipated Riverside Approach regeneration project.

The transformative development aims to create a sustainable, community-focused environment that enhances urban living for local residents.

Once completed, the project will deliver 359 high-quality homes, a state-of-the-art public library, expansive green spaces, recreational facilities, and retail outlets—setting a new benchmark for modern urban living in Barnet.
