Milestone Infrastructure, part of M Group Services' Transport Division, has successfully re-secured a place on the Eastern Highways Alliance Framework 4 (EHA), reinforcing its role in delivering essential infrastructure projects.
The company has been awarded Lot 2 for projects valued between £5 million and £30 million, as well as Lot 3 for projects exceeding £30 million.
Reaffirming its presence on the EHA, Milestone will continue delivering highways and infrastructure improvement projects for EHA Local Authority members, building on its successful work over the past four years.
The framework, set to commence in early 2025, will span four years with the potential for a two-year extension. The scope of works will encompass structural work, surfacing, road projects, and capital developments.
Through the EHA, Milestone will leverage its civil engineering expertise to execute projects for long-term clients, including Cambridgeshire, Suffolk, and Essex County Councils, as well as Peterborough City Council, Central Bedfordshire Council, and Thurrock Council.
Additionally, the renewed position in the Alliance enables Milestone to support new EHA Local Authority members such as Kent, Norfolk, and Hertfordshire County Councils for the first time.
The EHA's procurement model aligns with Milestone's collaborative approach, enhancing value and delivering improved outcomes for local authorities. The company is committed to working with its partners to advance biodiversity efforts, reduce carbon emissions, and introduce innovative solutions to maximise value for Alliance members.
Beyond highways improvements, Milestone will tailor its social value initiatives to benefit local communities, fostering employment opportunities and addressing specific regional needs.
