The project, commissioned in partnership with the Southern Construction Framework (SCF) and Playle and Partners, will provide 300 places for students aged 4 to 19, addressing the borough’s urgent need for SEND facilities.

Designed by Haverstock, the school aims to achieve a BREEAM Excellent rating and operate as a net-zero carbon facility. Construction is set to commence in October 2025.
