From September 2024, Chesney will take over the role from Calum Forsyth who will remain involved with the business, taking up the role of non-executive chairman.
Steve joins H+H with over twenty years' experience in the engineering and construction sectors, most recently as Group Managing Director for an international manufacturer of industrial and commercial fans.

On handing over the MD role after eight years, Calum Forsyth welcomed the additional energy that Steve will bring to the organisation.

The company is poised and ready for the opportunities that a new government, focused on the need to deliver more housing, can bring.
