Galliford Try Completes World-Class Maths School

The new £8.5m Lancaster University School of Maths (LUSoM) has opened its doors for the first time, following the successful completion of the project by Galliford Try Building North West.

Galliford Try Building North West attended a special ribbon cutting ceremony, alongside MPs Cat Smith and Sir Mark Hendrick, and the Mayor of Preston.

The new school will deliver a world-class education in mathematics for students aged 16-18 in a modern, inclusive and inspiring learning environment. LUSoM will aim to deliver an exceptional A-Level education in mathematics to the region's most able mathematic students.
