Mace Consult has been appointed across six lots of Transport for London's (TfL) Professional Services Framework 3 (PSF3), strengthening a long-running collaboration and positioning the firm as a leading delivery partner on major infrastructure across the capital.
Under the framework, Mace Consult will provide a broad range of specialist services, including:
- Project, programme and portfolio management
- PMO and project control
- Planning and scheduling
- Risk and opportunity management
- Quantity surveying and estimating
- Procurement and commercial support
These awards expand the capability available to TfL through PSF3, ensuring access to the specialist expertise needed to deliver its most complex programmes successfully.
The appointments build on Mace Consult's previous support under PSF2, where the team contributed to TfL's capital programmes in areas such as programme management, project controls and risk management.
PSF3 is TfL's principal route for procuring external professional services across its Group companies, the Greater London Authority, functional bodies and London boroughs. Covering a wide range of engineering, planning, project management and commercial disciplines, PSF3 is designed to improve service provision, deliver value for money and enable more efficient delivery of TfL's capital programmes.
Martyn Court, Head of Mobility for Europe at Mace Consult, said: "London is a leading global city, and its transport network must continue to set the standard for world-class mobility. Our appointment to PSF3 reflects a shared commitment to pushing that standard further. Drawing on deep programme expertise and years of partnership with TfL, we're ready to help shape the next generation of projects that will keep London moving, competitive and connected for the future."
