Caddick Construction has appointed Steve Bell as Operations Director.

Steve will fulfil a remit to oversee the business portfolio in the North East and Yorkshire, ensuring consistently high standards across all aspects of project delivery.

Based in Knottingley, Steve will lead Caddick's operational delivery, including health and safety, supply chain partners, client relations and build quality across the business’ core markets in the public and private sectors.

Steve becomes the latest new recruit at Caddick following the appointment of Sue Currey as HR Business Partner and Neil Trubshaw as Construction Group Commercial Director.

Recent team changes also include the promotion of Adam Tucker and Andrew Clarkson as Design Director and Construction Director respectively, both for Caddick Construction in Yorkshire and the North East.
