Rodgers has been promoted from area construction manager to the position and has more than 26 years' experience in the housebuilding sector.
In his new role, he is responsible for Avant Homes Central's overall construction delivery. This includes supporting the construction team and wider business to continually meet forecasted targets and deliver developments in adherence to health and safety regulations.
