Scheduling appointments ensures that the focus is on you and your needs, regardless of the size of the task.
It's a common misconception that setting an appointment for a small requirement, such as a light bulb, is an inconvenience for us at d-lite. On the contrary, as we take on more and more scheduled appointments, scheduling time with us actually helps us to help you!
Our main area of expertise of course is helping to specify lighting, especially architectural lighting, for projects.
One way to set an appointment, other than the normal means of phoning or emailing, is to use our live Calendly link: calendly.com/cgilld-lite
This will be most often used for 30-minute consultations and you can also reserve a collection slot, so you know that someone will be here and ready to hand you your pre-ordered goods!
Preparation
Whichever method you choose to schedule your appointment, send as much information as you can about your requirements. For example; Design Briefs, Drawings, Details of Finishes, Use of Space and so on. This gives us all a head start in making the meeting as useful to you as possible!
I am certain that this makes sense and will help us to help our customers even more. We do like a win-win!
