Wates Residential has been selected as a preferred building contractor by A2Dominion in its £900 million development framework across London and Southern England.

A2Dominion, which is part of the 'G15' group of London's largest housing providers, plans to deliver 1,200 homes per year up to 2025, and the 4-year framework is also available to public sector organisations and other qualifying bodies.

Within the framework, Wates Residential was successful in all three regions London and Home Counties, Oxfordshire, Berkshire and Buckinghamshire and Bristol and Avon. For all three, Wates has been included in the £10m-£25m and above £25m value bands.

The works will include the design and construction of mixed tenure residential properties and commercial premises.
