Real Capital London has selected contractor Mace to help deliver a $156 million project in Vietnam.
Mace will serve as delivery partner for the Hong Anh Medical Campus project in Ho Chi Minh City, providing project management services. They will manage the delivery of the project across four stages, with the final phase expected to be completed by 2030.
The Hong Anh Medical CAMPUS will be a state-of-the-art healthcare system incorporating a 462-bed hospital, a medical training centre, a network of general practice clinics and pharmacies, senior living and nursing homes.
The delivery of the medical campus is supported by the UK's Department of International Trade and associated UK government healthcare organisations.
John Campbell, General Director at Mace, said: "Mace is very excited to be part of the project team working alongside Real Capital London to create high medical standards in Vietnam over the coming years. The signing of the memorandum of understanding with Real Capital London at the launch ceremony is the first significant step in this journey."
Roger Waterhouse, Chairman at Real Capital London, added: "We are delighted to have Mace on board to deliver such a landmark healthcare facility for Ho Chi Minh. Our vision is to build a state-of-the-art medical campus under British standards, creating the highest standards of healthcare in Vietnam, and Mace's international and sector experience recommend them as the ideal partner in realising this vision."
