Multiplex's Chief Executive Officer for Europe, the Middle East and Canada (EMEC), Ashley Muldoon is set to leave the company at the end of the week.
A statement was released on the company's website explaining both parties are going separate ways on an "amicable basis".
Ashley will leave Multiplex on Friday 15 November after 22 years with the company.
John Flecker, Multiplex Chief Executive Officer for Australasia and India, has been appointed to the new position of Global Chief Executive Officer. John is a 32-year Multiplex veteran and has been involved in Multiplex's global leadership for the past 10 years.
In addition to his ongoing focus on Australia and India, John will now take responsibility for Multiplex's EMEC teams. He will work closely with EMEC Chief Operating Officer Callum Tuckett and the other EMEC executives to ensure a smooth transition and an ongoing focus on outperformance across all operations.
