Sika UK has added an experienced Area Technical Manager to its ranks.

Edgar Janoher joins the company from Sika Spain, where he held the same role.

In his new role, Edgar will promote Sika's refurbishment product range in the Greater London area focusing on helping engineers and specifiers find the best concrete repair and structural strengthening systems for key projects.

Commenting on his new position, Edgar said: "Coming to England presents a huge opportunity for me and my family. It's a huge challenge, but everything has gone well so far. We're not missing the weather or the food just yet.

"I want to demonstrate that I can make the move from Spain a success. It's also important for me to repay the faith Sika has shown in me. I can't wait to get started and hopefully hit the ground running."
