London-based structural steel fabricator, Steelo, has acquired the business and assets of Builder's Beams to better serve the UK's South East structural steel market.

Michael Krajewski, CEO and founder of Steelo, said: "This is the first step of a greater plan, which is to build a group of companies that will provide an exceptional service in the steel industry."

Following the acquisition, the focus will be on making Builder's Beams great again, preserving the heritage and long-lasting relationships with the Client base built over the years. The acquisition preserved the positions of the wonderful and experienced staff at Builder's Beams.
