Formation Design and Build has been appointed to deliver 38 new homes in north west London.

The company will develop the 'affordable' apartments on the site of a former car park in Wembley Central in Brent. Work is already underway and completion is scheduled for October.

The overall development will feature a total of 186 homes, 15 commercial units and a replacement public car park at basement level with 89 spaces. Plenty of communal amenity space will also be developed, including landscaped areas, bike storage and a new lift to access the High Road.


David Gooch, Commercial Director at Network Homes, which will manage the new units, said: "We are excited to be working with Formation Design and Build Limited on this project and hope this is the first of many partnerships with them. This development will provide much needed new affordable homes in Wembley Central."
