Leading construction and facilities management company GRAHAM has officially commenced a new repairs and maintenance contract with Sandwell Property Care, part of the Council's Corporate Landlord team.

The contract covers the borough's extensive portfolio of non-housing properties, and will see GRAHAM deliver a comprehensive response maintenance service, including a rapid 1-hour emergency response capability. The service also includes full 'out of hours' emergency coverage, operating 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Beyond reactive maintenance, GRAHAM will also undertake a range of planned works, ranging from minor repairs to more substantial projects involving design, project management and principal designer roles, as required.

The work will span a diverse range of Council-owned properties including schools, libraries, museums, office spaces, leisure centres, industrial sites and community centres.
