Keepmoat Homes has secured Delivery Partner Panel Three (DPP3) status from the Homes and Communities Agency (HCA).
Under the appointment, Keepmoat will deliver new housing across across all five UK regions; North East Yorkshire and the Humber, the North West, Midlands, East and South East and South and South West.
With 2,800 new homes built in 2017, the company plans to deliver 4,200 in the next financial year.
The improved DPP3 will speed up delivery of new homes even further by providing a simple and speedy procurement route for public sector organisations to appoint a developer or contractor.
Peter Hindley, Chief Executive Officer of Keepmoat Homes, said: "Our partnership with the Homes and Communities Agency is extremely important to our business. Together we are and will continue to unlock the right homes in the right areas, at greater speed.
"Over the last seven years, Keepmoat Homes has benefitted from £177m worth of HCA funding; and the Developer Partner Panel, in its two previous incarnations has also been instrumental in our growth. To date projects with a development value of more than £1.2 billion and delivering over 10,000 new homes have been secured via DPP 1 and DPP 2 so I’m confident that the new and improved DPP3 will help us to speed up the delivery of much needed new homes for the UK even further."
