Industry practice Rider Levett Bucknall (RLB) has been selected for Co-op's Facilities Management (FM) Division Framework.

The three-year programme covers more than 4,000 buildings and has been created by Co-op to centralise services and increase efficiencies.

Chris Hartley, RLB Partner and Head of Building Surveying in the UK, said RLB is "extremely pleased" to be working on the framework.
