Stepnell has won a £3.8 million contract to carry out the second phase of a major expansion project near Nottingham.
The contractor will create a new two-storey, 873 sq m office building at MHR's base in Mere Way, Ruddington.
The scheme is part of a major expansion development to create a new Innovation Centre for the company.
Stepnell is already underway on the first phase of the development programme, which involves extending and refurbishing MHR's Britannia House building at the site.
The development was designed by architects Simon Gee Designs, with Moss Architecture completing the design.
MHR chairman John Mills said: "Our ongoing expansion project will see us treble our footprint in Nottingham and we are pleased to be working with Stepnell on this once again. We currently invest 17 per cent of our turnover into research and development and need a bigger working environment to give us the potential to expand as a company."
Stepnell operations and commercial manager Thomas Sewell, added: "We are delighted to be continuing our working relationship with MHR through our selection to build the second phase of the company's development programme. The project will create smart and attractive office space for MHR's expanding workforce."
