Costain has won an accolade from the Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents (RoSPA).

The company's Industrial Cooling Division received the President's Awards for demonstrating 'exceptional' levels of health and safety over the last 10 years.

The award is given to teams of organisations which have achieved at least 10 consecutive RoSPA Gold Awards.


Mark Blackham, Operations Director, said: "Congratulations to everyone in Costain's Industrial Cooling Division for receiving RoSPA's President's Award. The team have continually worked hard to both achieve and maintain the standard required for ROSPA recognition and coupled with the fact that it is predominantly a framework contract delivering up to 400 plus contracts in any one year makes the achievement even more rewarding."

Costain's Industrial Cooling team support the Power Sector and work in diverse areas of operations, assisting key national companies in providing essential services all over the UK.
