Avant Homes East Midlands has bolstered its senior leadership team with the appointment of a new head of sales to support the company’s ongoing expansion across the region.

David Warren has been promoted to the role from regional sales manager, just over two years after joining the housebuilder from Taylor Wimpey. Before beginning his career in the property sector, David worked in the aviation industry.

In his new position, David will oversee the sales operations across Avant Homes East Midlands’ ten active developments, which range from Cotchett Village in Mickleover to Deacon Meadows in Uppingham.

Commenting on his promotion, David said: "One of my reasons for joining Avant Homes was the clear opportunity there is for people to benefit from ongoing personal development and career progression.

"Being promoted to head of sales within two years is testimony to that, and I have the privilege of leading a great cohort of talented sales professionals and working with the wider East Midlands team.
