Rendall & Rittner Appoints Jack Quainton As Heat Network Manager

Property management specialist Rendall & Rittner has announced the appointment of Jack Quainton to the newly created role of Heat Network Manager.

In this position, Jack will lead on regulatory compliance for heat networks across the company's portfolio while maintaining a strong focus on customer service and advancing system innovation.

Jack brings extensive experience in heat network management, having previously overseen a national portfolio for one of the UK's largest providers of housing, health, and social care. He has supported a wide range of projects, ensuring compliance with the Heat Network Metering and Billing Regulations and the Energy Act. Earlier in his career, he served as an Energy Manager for a city council, where he led initiatives on heat networks across both new developments and complex legacy sites.

In his new role at Rendall & Rittner, Jack will support clients in understanding and meeting upcoming regulatory requirements, including those set to come into force in 2027 and 2028. He will also play a key role in shaping the future of the company’s heat network management systems, promoting cost-efficiency and sustainability across developments.
