Mott MacDonald has strengthened its UK highways business by appointing Brian Gash as Programme Director.

With over 30 years' experience in the construction industry, Mr Gash joins the company from Highways England where he was group leader and the senior responsible owner (SRO) for Major Projects South West.

He will be responsible for continuing Mott MacDonald's relationship with Highways England to deliver key aspects such as safety and project delivery.

David Tarrant, highways managing director at Mott MacDonald, said: "Brian's appointment is a key part of our drive to continually improve communication and collaborative working to deliver better outcomes for our clients.
