Fusion21 Renews Four-Year Frameworks Worth £500m

Procurement organisation Fusion21 has announced the renewal of its Heating and Planned Maintenance Frameworks.

The programmes are both worth £500 million over a four year period.

The £200m Servicing, Maintenance and Installation of Heating Systems Framework covers a variety of planned and reactive work on both domestic and commercial heating installations.

It offers five lots including: Servicing and Maintenance of Domestic Heating Systems; Installation of Domestic Heating Systems; Servicing and Maintenance of Commercial Heating Installations; Installation of Commercial Heating Installations and Gas Consultancy Works.

In addition, three Planned Maintenance frameworks are available and include the four-year £100m Supply of Materials, Installation Works worth £200m over four years and Distribution of Materials worth up to £10m over a four year period.

The Supply of Materials framework includes a variety of materials required for use in kitchen and bathrooms, heating, and windows and doors programmes, whilst the Installation Works framework includes installation and replacement programmes of kitchens and bathrooms – in addition to windows and doors.

The Distribution of Materials framework supports material distribution from suppliers and manufacturers to clients.

All of the frameworks are available on the mytenders web portal, www.mytenders.org, under Notice ID NOV117331.

Procurement Manager at Fusion21, Nick Verburg, said: "Following past success and demand from our members we are delighted to announce the renewal of these popular frameworks – which for the first time both offer installation elements split over two value bands, emphasising our commitment to supporting SME's to bid for work."

The deadline for the Heating Framework submission is 12pm on Monday, 21 December, while the deadline for the Planned Maintenance Frameworks is Wednesday, 20 January at 12 noon.
