Private equity platform Cogress has announced it is to develop seven luxury flats in London.
Working with developers Linton Group, the project will be built on Redington Road in Hampstead.
The total equity to be raised is £6.6m, of which nearly £5.5m has been raised by Cogress' investors.
The multi-apartment investment will be situated over 18,123 sq ft and will feature private parking, expansive landscaped gardens and three summer houses.
The development sees Cogress teaming up for the second time with the Linton Group, winner of the London Evening Standard award for 'Outstanding Architectural Merit.'
Tal Orly, CEO at Cogress UK, said: "Hampstead is one of London's prime areas due to its historical buildings and gorgeous scenery.
"We are pleased to add to its property offering and thus give more people the opportunity to live in one of the city's most desirable locations."
The development will be completed in March 2018.
