Osbourne has won its first contract under the Sussex Cluster Contractor Frameworks to design & build a primary school for Kent County Council.
The new Langley Primary School will be the first school Osbourne has built in Kent and is valued at almost £5m.
The two form entry school will be based in Maidstone and has been procured alongside two other framework contractors who have won similar projects.
The building will comprise of two storeys containing a hall, 14 classrooms, an admin area, a special education needs area, a small nursery and a community facility.
Guy Dawes, Framework Manager for Osbourne, said: "In response to the Governments need to build new homes, we are delighted to have been selected by Kent County Council to support the area's education needs."
The work is due to take a year to complete and will begin this autumn.
