Keepmoat Acquires Site For Residential Development

Keepmoat has acquired an area of land for residential development in Essex.

The 1.57 acre plot is located at Stanford-le-Hope.

Keepmoat's Homes Division has already acquired planning permission for demolition of the existing property and the development of 19 new homes.

Associated parking and garden areas will also be built.

The site will consist of two, three, four and five bedroom family homes with building expected to start on site in autumn.

Mike Dempsey, Southern Regional Managing Director for Keepmoat said: "We are delighted to have purchased our second site in Essex."
