EWFM Scoops Facility Services Contract

Eric Wright Facilities Management (EWFM) has been awarded a contract to provide facility services for a new health centre in Chester.

EWFM will carry out planned and reactive building maintenance on the 4,500m2 centre for Fountains Property Management.

Other works include energy management, cleaning, site based premises management and window cleaning services.

Andrij Korolczuk, Operations Director for EWFM, said: "This contract win demonstrates that EWFM has the experience to address the meticulous and flexible approach to consistent staffing structures and user-focused scheduling required in a busy health centre and we look forward to delivering our seamless service solutions for Fountains Property Management."
