Muse Developments has submitted planning applications for the 'Your New Town Hall' redevelopment in Brixton town centre.

The plans for The Triangle and Olive Morris House sites include refurbishing the listed Lambeth Town Hall, building new office and meeting spaces, developing a new 120,000 sq ft energy efficient civic building and building 194 new homes.

Plans also include developing new landscaped public areas and a cycle hub with changing/shower facilities as well as a café.

Muse signed an agreement with Lambeth Council in April last year to deliver the project.

Thomasin Renshaw, Development Director at Muse Developments, said: "After over a year of design development, technical studies and further consultation, we are very excited that the applications have now been submitted."
