Wates Living Space has been awarded a £5.6m contract to build 50 new homes for Whitefiars Housing in Coventry.
A range of two to six-bedroom homes will be built across three sites in the city.
In partnership with Oakley Architects, 45 of the homes will be built across two sites on Whiteworth Avenue in Stoke, Aldermoor. Another five homes will be built on the Kele Road following the demolition of a building currently on the site.
Kevin Willetts, Executive Director of development at WM Housing Group, said: "This project has come about as a result of partnership working with Coventry City Council and is funded in part by a Social Housing Grant from the Homes & Communities Agency."
A £6m homeless centre in Coventry is also being developed by Wates Living Space, due open this spring 2015.
