Kier To Develop £58m Laboratory

Kier has been selected to develop a new £58 million laboratory for the University of Cambridge.

The building is to be on the Cambridge Biomedical Campus and will provide between 14,000sq m and 17,000sq m of research space.

Pre-construction works are due to begin immediately, with Kier working to finalise the design for the building.

Work is due to start on site in Q3 2015, and is expected to be complete in summer 2017.
