Significant process is being made of a new £40 million development in Bristol.
Based at Temple Quay, the building's 50-tonne steel frame and glazed façade is taking its place in the city's skyline.
Wates Construction began work on the 100,000 sq ft Two Glass Wharf scheme for Salmon Harvester Properties Limited, a joint venture between Salmon Development and NFU Mutual, in October 2013.
The seven-storey building will provide six floors of Grade A office space with retail and restaurant accommodation on the ground floor.
With the installation of building services now commencing, construction of the city’s first speculative commercial development for several years is on schedule for completion in November 2014.
