Lovell has appointed Richard Moore as contracts manager for the company's new-build, mixed tenure and regeneration housing business in London.

Richard previously worked for new home developer Countryside Properties where he was a project manager.

In his new position with Lovell, he will be responsible for managing the build programme, budgets and health and safety for construction projects across the London area.

Lovell regional director Peter Taylor said: "Richard joins us at a time of considerable expansion for the region. He brings significant contract management expertise and will play an important part in helping us continue to deliver high-quality open market and affordable residential developments across London."
