Mansell has been awarded a £3 million refurbishment contract in London's Mayfair.
The firm will carry out the refurbishment of Grade II listed building, undertaking structural alterations and sensitive refurbishment to the period property within the Mayfair conservation area.
The building is primarily a solid masonry structure over six-storeys from the basement to the fourth floor. The existing flat roof and mansards will be replaced as part of the works, with alterations made to external vaults, drainage and rear staircase in accordance with detailed external protection measures.
Inside, the structural core will be maintained, refurbished and fitted out to the highest industry Cat A standard, including a high specification reception and lobby area.
