The specialist leisure partnership, which is a joint venture between ISG and Trebor Developments, has scored a major success following its appointment by GLL to a £25 million framework to redevelop the leisure facilities for the London Borough of Waltham Forest.

As part of the four-year framework agreement, a consortium of ISG/Trebor, working in partnership with leisure operator GLL, will deliver significant investments into Waltham Forest's leisure amenities resulting in improved and modernised facilities. The appointment represents an innovative approach to the procurement and delivery of public leisure services by local authorities. ISG/Trebor's offer has responded to this changing market by combining operation, construction, development & funding expertise in order to deliver a compelling leisure solution.
